Job Description

Pearlview Dental, located in Illinois, is seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Hygienist for a full-time or part-time, in-office position. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $55 – $60, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

YOUR DAY

In this role, the Dental Hygienist will provide advanced preventive care and conduct comprehensive patient assessments each day. The position will involve clear and effective communication with patients to support retention and ensure a positive experience. You will contribute to maintaining a professional environment that emphasizes patient care, teamwork, and ongoing growth while supporting the practice's goals of expansion and excellence.

YOUR SCHEDULE

The Dental Hygienist will work in the office, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, providing flexibility to meet your needs.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Illinois RDH license
2+ years of dental hygiene experience
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish preferred)
Professionalism and a team-oriented attitude
Growth-minded and results-driven approach
