The goal is simple:You focus on assessment, scaling, diagnosis, and patient education — while your assistant supports workflow efficiency.This model allows many of our hygienists to significantly increase their earning potential while maintaining high standards of care.Responsibilities:

Provide oral hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, restorations, and application of preventive agents such as fluoride and sealants.Accurately chart a review of patient dental history and update as necessary, patient‘s periodontal health, record provided treatment, and handle patient records securely and in compliance with HIPAA regulationsProvide assistance as directed by the dentistAdminister local anesthetics, if allowed by dental practice actWhat Makes Our Office DifferentStrong clinical leadership presence

We’re Looking ForActive Colorado hygiene license

Strong clinical standards and perio focus

Team-oriented mindset

CPR/BLS Certification

Interest in maximizing production ethically and efficiently
