What You'll Do
Learn and perform comprehensive patient assessments under guidance, including medical history reviews, dental charting, periodontal evaluations, and oral cancer screenings
Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care, including cleanings, polishing, radiographs, sealants, fluoride treatments, and teeth whitening
Develop and implement individualized care plans with mentorship from experienced providers
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care best practices
Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to deliver outstanding patient experiences
What We're Looking For
Recent graduate or licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of practice
Certification to administer local anesthesia (state-specific) preferred
CPR certification
Willingness to learn and develop strong clinical and patient education skills
Enthusiasm for teamwork, patient care, and a growth-focused environment
