Dental HygienistKershaw, South Carolina

We’re hiring a Dental Hygienist who wants weekday-only hours, meaningful patient care, and the opportunity to earn well above average through a proven production-based pay structure.

You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on preventive care, patient education, and collaboration with an experienced dental team. The schedule is predictable, the pace is manageable, and the compensation rewards efficiency without overbooking patients.

You’ll practice in Kershaw, South Carolina, a welcoming small-town community known for its Southern charm, strong local traditions, and easy access to larger cities like Columbia and Charlotte.

Why this role is compelling• Monday to Wednesday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM• 32 to 36 hours per week, no weekends• 6 to 8 patients per day for quality-focused care• Production-based compensation with strong earning potential• Many hygienists earn the equivalent of $50 or more per hour when production is factored in• Supportive clinical team and organized workflows
