Location: Phoenix Metro- WestCompensation: $50- $55 per hourPatient Mix: PPO / FFSPractice Model: Traditional Hygiene- 60 min single columnSchedule: Wednesday- Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm & Saturday 8:00 am- 1:00 pmBenefits Eligibility: Employees regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week may be eligible for benefits.

What You'll Do
- Provide expert dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance to our valued patients
- Perform thorough periodontal charting and assessments to ensure optimal oral health
- Capture diagnostic radiographs to support accurate diagnosis
- Educate patients with effective oral hygiene instruction tailored to their needs
- Identify treatment necessities and clearly communicate these to patients and providers
- Keep detailed and precise clinical documentation for continuity of care
- Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to provide comprehensive patient care
- Champion preventive dentistry to promote long-term oral health and wellness
Requirements
Required
- Must hold an active Dental Hygiene License in Arizona
- Possess Local Anesthesia Certification
- Certified in Laser procedures
- Current CPR/BLS Certification is essential
- Excellent communication abilities with a passion for patient education
- Dedicated to delivering top-quality patient care
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with assisted hygiene models
- Familiarity with PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid settings
- Hands-on experience in periodontal therapy
- Skilled in patient education and encouraging treatment acceptance
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
