Dental Office Manager – Strategic Leader | Friday Afternoons OFF!
Practice: Bell Road Dentistry
Location: Surprise, AZ
Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 per year + Monthly Team Performance Bonus + Monthly Office Manager Bonus!
Schedule: Mon–Thu (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) | Fridays (7:30 AM – 12:00 PM)

Are you a Dental Office Manager who loves building high-performing teams and seeing the direct results of your strategic decisions? At Bell Road Dentistry, led by Dr. Kip Nielsen, we are looking for a "Captain" to lead our established Surprise practice into its next chapter of expansion. Dr. Nielsen is a passionate clinician focused on relationship-based dentistry and creating a hassle-free, enjoyable experience for the community.
You will have the autonomy to lead your team while focusing on what matters most: mentoring your staff, optimizing the patient experience, and driving practice health-all while being home by lunch every Friday.

Operational Strategy: Oversee daily business flow with a focus on high-efficiency scheduling and "zero-leak" billing/AR.
Team Mentorship: Lead and develop a dedicated team that is passionate about providing exceptional, personalized care.
Growth Driving: Monitor practice KPIs and implement creative strategies to guide more patients toward optimal oral health.
Patient Advocacy: Help patients navigate their health journey by explaining treatment plans and financial arrangements with clarity and compassion.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years of Dental Office Management experience (Required).
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Denticon is a significant advantage.
The Mindset: You are a "problem-solver" who leads by example and thrives in an environment where your impact is visible and rewarded.
