OFFICE MANAGER (DENTAL OFFICE) – MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Location: Phoenix & Scottsdale, AZJob Type: Full-TimeCompensation: ~$30/hour (based on experience)

United Dental Corporation is growing across the Phoenix and Scottsdale area and is seeking experienced Office Managers to lead operations within our dental offices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office
- Lead, coach, and support front and back office teams
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency
- Monitor KPIs, production goals, and performance metrics
- Support insurance, billing, and collections processes
- Ensure a strong patient experience and team culture
- Partner with leadership to drive practice growth
Requirements
- Prior dental office management experience required
- Strong understanding of dental front office operations, scheduling, insurance, and billing
- Proven ability to manage performance metrics and drive results
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a structured, goal-driven environment
