Here’s a list of duties/responsibilities and requirements/qualifications for a Receptionist - Dental Office job post:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Scheduling Patients. Collecting and checkin/checkout.
- Handling Patient Records and Billing information scans in Open dental PMS. Route phone calls.
Patient Communication:
- Confirm appointments; Recare scheduling.
- Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans.
- Address any questions or concerns in a professional manner( understand basics for PPO insurance and billing).
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience in a Dental or Medical Office: Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills, Bilingual preference.
- Proficiency in Dental Software: Familiarity with dental practice management software, Open Dental, as well as basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
Compensation: 14-26$/hr.
