  • Partner with the revenue cycle team to improve collections and reduce accounts receivable
  • Present operational insights and recommendations to ownership

Clinical Coordination

  • Work closely with doctors and department leaders to maximize efficiency
  • Coordinate workflows across hygiene and restorative departments
  • Support specialty services including orthodontics, implants, oral surgery, and periodontics

Compliance & Technology

  • Ensure HIPAA compliance throughout the practice
  • Oversee practice technology systems and vendor relationships
  • Maintain efficient administrative and operational processes

Requirements

Required

  • Strong leadership experience managing both administrative and clinical support teams
  • Experience optimizing schedules, production, and operational workflows
  • Strong understanding of dental KPIs and practice analytics
  • Experience with cloud-based dental software (CareStack preferred; Curve Dental or Archy experience also considered)

Preferred

  • Dental consulting or coaching background
  • Experience leading a growing or expanding practice
  • Familiarity with orthodontics, clear aligners, implants, and specialty dentistry
  • Experience overseeing multiple departments simultaneously

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Highly organized and operationally focused
  • Data-driven and comfortable making decisions from metrics
  • A visible leader who enjoys coaching and developing people
  • Calm under pressure in a busy clinical environment
  • Passionate about helping a great practice continue to grow

Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • 401(k)
  • Paid Time Off & Holidays
  • Continuing Education support
  • Long-term career growth with an established private practice
