Dental Receptionist

Responsibilities:- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage appointment reminders- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing- Maintain patient records and update medical information in the system- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about dental procedures and services- Assist with billing and payment processing- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Requirements:- Previous experience working in a dental office or medical administrative support role preferred- Proficiency in using dental office software such as Dentrix or similar systems- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and providers- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient records and insurance information- Familiarity with Epic or other electronic medical record systems is a plus- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
