As our Dental Sales Rep- Treatment Coordinator, you are the first impression, the trusted guide, and often the deciding factor in whether someone begins treatment.

Your day includes:

• Greeting new patients with genuine warmth
• Building rapport quickly and professionally
• Answering questions and reducing uncertainty
• Reviewing treatment fees & explaining procedures
• Presenting the plan in a way that earns confidence
• Encouraging follow‑through and patient commitment
• Helping convert new patients into lifelong clients

Your ability to read people, build trust, and guide decisions is directly tied to our growth - and your success.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We're looking for someone who can work full- or part-time from 8:00 am- 5:15 pm, Monday – Wednesday, and 7:00 am – 4:00 pm on Thursday. Our ideal Dental Sales Rep- Treatment Coordinator also has the following:

• 2+ years in dentistry OR 2+ years in sales
• Pay starting at $20+/hour

Having orthodontic experience is a plus-but we will train the right candidate to excel. We need someone who is a confident, empathetic communicator and enjoys guiding decisions and creating lifelong client relationships!
