We are seeking an experienced, personable, and highly organized Dental Front Desk Treatment & Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team at growing private practice in Collegeville. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a solid understanding of dental procedures and insurance, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. As the first and last point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in coordinating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, discussing financial options, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of dental front office experience, be confident in presenting treatment plans and handling payments, and be proficient with dental software Softdent. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a warm, professional demeanor are essential.
