What You'll Do

Coordinate and schedule advanced dental procedures (implants, bone grafts, bridges, crowns).
Clearly explain treatment plans and answer patient questions with empathy and expertise.
Assist patients in obtaining third-party financing and explore available options.
Ensure smooth patient flow and support the clinical team with preparation and follow-up.
Deliver exceptional service and contribute to the success of the office.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office.
Knowledge: Familiarity with complex cases like implants, bone grafts, bridges, and crowns.
Insurance Verification: must have verification experience and be comfortable explaining to patients.
Communication: Ability to explain treatment details confidently and compassionately.
Organization: Skilled at managing busy schedules and keeping everything on track.
Tech Savvy: Knowledge of dental office software is a plus.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in a dental office.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
