Dental Treatment Coordinator – Boutique Case Manager
Practice: Scottsdale Perfect Smiles (An American Dental Companies Partner)
Compensation: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus!
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Schedule: Mon – Thurs (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Fri (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

The Impact You'll Make:
The Presentation: Confidently present comprehensive, high-value treatment plans ($10k–$50k+), helping patients understand the long-term value of their investment.
The Financial Architect: Navigate complex insurance pre-authorizations and design financial arrangements (CareCredit, LendingClub, etc.) that make world-class dentistry accessible.
The Case Concierge: Act as the primary point of contact for treatment questions, building the long-term trust required for high case acceptance.
Schedule Optimization: Partner with the clinical team to ensure the most productive procedures are scheduled for optimal flow.
What You Bring to the Team:
The Pedigree: Minimum 1 year of experience in dental treatment or financial coordination is required.
The Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a "concierge" approach to patient care.
Technical Edge: Proficiency in Denticon is a major plus, along with a deep understanding of PPOs and reconstructive dental coding.
The Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a sophisticated, high-end setting.
