Dental Treatment Coordinator

Family Dental Group – Decatur is seeking a high-performing, Dental Treatment Coordinator for our practice located in Marietta, GA on Shallowford Road, near the intersection of Shallowford Rd and Sandy Plains Rd, in a professional medical office complex, at 2525 Shallowford Road Suite 300 Marietta, GA 30066.

The Treatment Coordinator is a critical role for the practice, and we are specifically seeking a candidate who brings both strong operational discipline and a proven ability to drive case acceptance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrated experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental practice (required)
• Strong track record of case acceptance and production growth
• Exceptional customer service and patient communication skills
• Ability to confidently present treatment plans, discuss financial options, and overcome objections
• High attention to detail with insurance verification, treatment plan accuracy, and follow-up systems
• Organized, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and close treatment plans with a focus on patient understanding and value
• Ensure accurate insurance breakdowns and financial arrangements
• Manage unscheduled treatment and follow-up pipelines
• Collaborate closely with providers and front office team to ensure seamless patient flow
• Uphold and execute structured workflows around case presentation and conversion
• We are looking for someone who can step in quickly, take ownership of the role, and elevate both the patient experience and overall production performance.

Pay Range:

• Target range: $22 – $24/hour, based on experience and proven performance
• Open to higher consideration for candidates with a strong, verifiable track record in case acceptance and production growth

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 7:45 AM – 1:30 PM
• Full-time, aligned with provider schedules and patient flow
• Weekends off!
