Agave Dental Care in El Paso, TX/NM is looking for a motivated and personable Dental Treatment Coordinator with the potential to grow into an Office Manager role. Responsibilities:
- Present and explain treatment plans to patients clearly and compassionately, ensuring full understanding of procedures and costs
- Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations to maintain a productive daily schedule
- Verify dental insurance benefits, process claims, and assist patients with financing options
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and case acceptance
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within dental practice management software
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional care delivery
- Support office operations and assist with administrative duties with potential to transition into an Office Manager role
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental office, preferably as a treatment coordinator or front desk administrator
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Ability to discuss financial arrangements and treatment plans with confidence and empathy
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy dental environment
- Leadership potential and desire to grow into an Office Manager position
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus in the El Paso community
