Dentist (Part-Time / Flexible Schedule)

Baton Rouge, LA | In-Person

Baton Rouge Primary Care Collaborative (BRPCC) is seeking a part-time or contract Dentist to join our interdisciplinary, mission-driven care team. This role offers meaningful clinical work, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in an underserved community-without sacrificing work-life balance.

This position is ideal for a new graduate, a seasoned clinician seeking flexibility, or a dentist looking to supplement an existing practice or schedule.

What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered dental care in a collaborative primary care setting
Diagnose, treatment plan, and perform preventive and restorative dental procedures
Educate patients and families on oral health, hygiene, and preventive care
Partner with medical and administrative teams to support whole-person care
Help advance access to care in an inner-city, community-focused clinic

What We're Looking For

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Active Louisiana dental license (in good standing)
Current malpractice insurance and CPR certification
Ability to meet BRPCC credentialing requirements
A patient-first mindset and passion for community health
