We are seeking an exceptionally productive dentist to join our team to work specifically on Saturdays in a diagnosis-only role, supporting our pediatric-focused team by conducting comprehensive exams and treatment planning. This role is ideal for a dentist who enjoys diagnostics, patient interaction, and clinical decision-making in a pediatric setting—without the physical demands of hands-on treatment. Why Join Us?

What We're Looking For:
- Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills
- Clear, compassionate communication with patients, parents, and staff
- Comfort evaluating pediatric patients and mixed dentition
- Detail-oriented with accurate clinical documentation
- Team-focused mindset and ability to collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
Pediatric specialty training not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions
- Develop and document clear, appropriate treatment plans
- Explain findings and recommendations to parents/guardians in an easy-to-understand manner
- Refer patients to in-house providers or specialists as needed
- Collaborate with pediatric dentists, orthodontists, and support staff
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric diagnostics and treatment planning
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active California dental license
- Current CPR certification
- Availability to work Saturdays (frequency to be discussed)
