Job Description
Are you a passionate dentist who believes that clinical excellence should be paired with an "unmatched" patient experience? Our client is not just looking for a provider; they are looking for a team player who wants to practice Dentistry with Purpose.
This practice has built a reputation in the community for turning the typical dental visit on its head. From state-of-the-art technology to "comfort-first" amenities, they provide a high-end, supportive environment where you can focus on what you do best: changing lives through beautiful smiles.
What Makes Us Different?
Teamwork: We believe two heads (or ten!) are better than one. You’ll join a collaborative group of experts who value mentorship and peer-to-peer consultation.
High-Tech, High-Touch: Our offices are equipped with the best of 21st-century dentistry, including iTero digital scanners, CBCT 3D imaging, MLS Cold Laser therapy, and The Wand™ for pain-free anesthesia.
A "Family" Culture: We treat our patients—and our staff—like family. We are women-owned, community-involved, and dedicated to a work environment that is professional yet laid-back.
What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, from children’s checkups to complex restorative and cosmetic procedures.
Utilize advanced diagnostics (Spectra cavity detection, Tekscan, JVA) to create personalized, long-term treatment plans.
Collaborate with our skilled hygiene and support teams to deliver 5-star service.
Engage in continuous learning; we are dedicated to staying at the forefront of dental advancements and encourage our doctors to do the same.
Who You Are
A DDS or DMD from an accredited program with a valid Wisconsin dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).
A clinician who values communication as the foundation of the dentist-patient relationship.
Someone with a "problem-solver" mentality who is eager to grow their skills in areas like Invisalign, implants, or TMJ therapy.
A compassionate professional who can alleviate dental anxiety with a friendly, down-to-earth approach.
Benefits & Perks
Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
Comprehensive benefits package (Health, Vision, 401k with matching).
A 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday 7:00–5:00, Friday 7:00–3:00) to support your work-life balance.
