Do not typically do Crowns or use NitrousSpecialties and Staff on Site: 2 Hygienists, 10 assistants, 1 support aid for schedulingCovid Vaccine PreferredCredentialing: 10-12 WeeksRequirements:• Licensure: Any Unrestricted State License• Board Certification: Residency Trained Dentist• Life Support Certifications: BLSOverview
