While local Posterior RCT experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, offering flexibility for candidates with a diverse skill set. You will have the chance to work in a patient-focused setting with variable patient volumes, allowing you to tailor your practice based on your comfort level. The practice owner is providing lodging in an in-law suite, facilitating a smooth transition and comfortable working environment.Required Skills:

• Valid state dental license with current credentials
• Proficiency in performing general dental procedures: fillings, extractions, hygiene checks, root canals
• Strong communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to patient care and safety

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with local posterior root canal treatments (RCT)
• Knowledge of the latest dental technologies and practices
• Bilingual skills to serve a diverse patient population

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
• Prior experience with root canals or advanced procedures advantageous but not required

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to work weekdays, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Willingness to travel for professional development or coverage if needed
• Certification in CPR and other relevant dental licenses and permits
