Position Overview
- Full-time, permanent role with excellent compensation ($225K-$260K DOE)
- Lead dental provider for our Bethel-based clinic with outreach to surrounding villages
- Opportunity to help develop and shape our growing outreach program
- Autonomous practice within a collaborative healthcare team
Clinical Setting & Responsibilities
- Modern facility with up-to-date technology and equipment
- Comprehensive general dentistry services including preventive care, restorative procedures, and endodontic treatment
- Travel to outlying tribal communities to provide essential dental services
- Collaborative care model working alongside medical providers
Ideal Candidate
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
- Alaska dental license or ability to obtain licensure
- At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Endodontic treatment proficiency preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent problem-solver with cultural sensitivity
- Passion for rural healthcare and community service
