About the Position
A well-established, mission-driven community health organization in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a General Dentist to join its growing team. This organization provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to a diverse population, with a strong focus on improving access to quality healthcare for underserved communities. The dental team operates in a collaborative, supportive environment with modern equipment and an emphasis on continuity of care.
This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who is confident, efficient, and able to step into a full schedule with minimal ramp-up time.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental procedures including fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canal therapy
- Provide other non-complex restorative and preventative treatments
- Oversee hygiene services, including exams and cleanings performed by Dental Hygienists
- Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation and patient records
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in a team-based setting
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited dental school
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical dental experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage a steady patient flow
Certifications & Licensure:
- Active Montana dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA registration
- Valid Montana driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $180,000 + , based on experience
- Medical coverage
