General Dentist – Overland Park, Kansas
About the Position
An established, doctor-led private dental group is seeking a General Dentist to join a thriving, multi-provider practice in Overland Park, Kansas. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity replacing a departing provider in a busy, well-established office with a loyal patient base and excellent support team.
The organization is known for investing in modern technology, clinical autonomy, and creating a collaborative environment where dentists can focus on delivering exceptional patient care while receiving strong operational support.
Position Highlights
- Full-time General Dentist (No part-time availability)
- Start Date: October
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
- Comprehensive dentistry including:
- Restorative and preventive care
- Endodontics
- Surgical extractions
- Placement and restoration of dental implants
- Join a multi-doctor practice
- Supported by 6–8 hygienists daily
- Modern digital office featuring CBCT and advanced technology
- PPO and Fee-for-Service patient base (No HMO)
- Looking for a provider who:
- Is a strong producer
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Builds lasting patient relationships
- Educates patients to improve case acceptance
- Believes in providing lifelong comprehensive care that encourages patient loyalty and referrals
Schedule
- Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Full-time schedule with an excellent work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
- $900/day guaranteed for the first 5 months
- Then 33–35% of collections, based on experience and production
