About the Position

We are seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join a well-established, patient-focused general dentistry practice in Rutland, Vermont. This opportunity offers an excellent platform for a motivated, skilled, and personable clinician who values comprehensive care, teamwork, and long-term patient relationships.

The ideal candidate is compassionate and confident in their chairside manner, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 2–4 years of clinical experience is preferred, ideally following completion of a GPR or AEGD program. Candidates should be highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, comfortable examining, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of cases, and committed to continuous professional growth.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $200,000 – $320,000 annually
