ASSOCIATE DENTIST OPPORTUNITY – RUTLAND, VERMONT

We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a well-established and highly productive practice in Rutland, VT. This is a great opportunity to step into a busy office with strong patient demand and excellent clinical support.

Position Details

Work alongside 1 experienced doctor
6 operatories
Strong clinical support: 3 assistants, 2 hygienists, 1 front office staff
Patient mix: ~90% adult population
30–40 new patients per month
Ample opportunity to develop and expand clinical skills or specialize
W2 position
In-network with Delta Dental and Medicaid

Compensation & Benefits

Base guarantee with 35%–37% of collections
Monthly production bonuses
Potential to earn $300K+ annually working 4 days/week (8am–5pm)
$800/day guarantee for first 3 months
$20,000 sign-on bonus
36% production structure (alternative comp model depending on arrangement)
