Deployed Field Coordinator
Employment Type Full-Time, Exempt | W-2 Project-Funded Employee Location Home of record flexible; deployment to active disaster sites (CONUS or OCONUS) for 30–90 day rotations. Compensation $100,000 base plus deployed uplift (30 percent + OCONUS) and hardship premiums where applicable.Important — Project-Funded Position: This position is tied to PSCG's subcontract under a specific Master Services Agreement task order. PSCG prioritizes retention and redeployment of proven team members to subsequent task orders as volume allows.

THE ROLE
PSCG is hiring a Deployed Field Coordinator. This role operates on-ground at the disaster site, coordinating directly with federal, state, and local partners while supporting prime contractor execution and PSCG reach-back operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deploy to assigned disaster site for task order period of performance.
- Coordinate daily with prime contractor site staff, FEMA and state emergency management personnel, and local officials.
- Conduct field assessments of damage, infrastructure, and resource needs.
- Produce deployed situation reports, field observation memoranda, and RFI responses.
- Support demobilization and after-action documentation at end of deployment.
- Maintain accountability and welfare of co-deployed PSCG personnel.
- Escalate safety, security, and compliance issues to PSCG reach-back leadership.
- Operate in austere conditions including limited power, water, and communications.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor's degree, or military/federal service equivalent.
- Minimum five (5) years of operations experience including documented deployed or austere environment experience.
- ICS 100, 200, 300, 400; IS-700; IS-800 complete.
- Current U.S. passport and medical fitness for worldwide deployment.
- Current immunizations for Pacific and global deployment locations.
- Ability to deploy on short notice for 30- to 90-day rotations.
- U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain U.S. Secret clearance.
WHAT WE'D ALSO LIKE TO SEE
- Active U.S. Secret clearance.
- Prior military deployed operations experience.
- Federal contractor OCONUS experience (FEMA, USACE, DoD HADR missions).
- HAZWOPER 40-hour certification.
- Pacific region operations experience.
- Foreign language proficiency relevant to deployment region.
