This role is an in office role requiring working in the office five days per week per the locations listed on the open requisition.

This role is responsible for supporting development and deployment of strategic initiatives to drive profitable growth of the $215B Consumer and Small

Business (CSBB) Deposit portfolio. This job requires analytical skills as well as strong inter-personal skills to collaborate closely in a cross-functional environment and engage with partner organizations. Proven ability to drive independenly and exposure to deposits, systems, pricing analytics, and risk management is critical to this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Deliver new account, new client, new money production, rate paid, and balance growth targets across all CSBB deposit products and channels through understanding of product, channel, and client segment strategies, pricing, and execution models.

  2. Assist with development of strategies and execution plans to grow share of wallet in key client segments through digital, branch, call center engagement, and work with marketing to develop a holistic client outreach strategy via direct mail, email, digital offers, and outbound calling.

  3. Support incentive design, production goals, financial plan, and forecasting across all CSBB deposit products.

  4. Contribute analytic insights to support deposit portfolio management across balances, rate paid, and profitability. Provide input to the development of pricing test strategies and work with product teams to evaluate new strategies and evaluate performance.

  5. Actively collect and synthesize competitive information from financial statements, industry sources, subscriptions, and the media to drive business performance.

  6. Compile performance insights to support business reviews.

  7. Engage with internal team members to communicate analytics insights related to initiative ideation, deployment, and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. College Degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.

  2. 2-4 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Decision/Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering with demonstrated results.

  3. Ability to solve complex issues taking into account technology, client, teammate, and financial impact.

  4. Identify and escalates issues or critical information quickly.

  5. Exposure to Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel) and SAS or other data/analysis platforms.

  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including direct experience with statistical modeling and analysis.

  7. Exposure to regulatory banking standards that impact deposit products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree or higher in business, finance, economics, or related quantitative field.

  2. Ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

  3. Adaptable and willing to take on multiple analysis efforts and manage them strategically under strict timelines.

  4. Strong preference experience with SQL and Snowflake
