Description

Join an exciting semiconductor construction project as a Deputy Construction Manager in Phoenix, AZ, supporting a major UPW construction scope for a high-profile advanced manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for a construction leader with commercial or semiconductor experience to work on complex water systems, collaborate with top-tier project teams, and play a key role in quality, cost, schedule, safety, and field execution.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Deputy Construction Manager position include:

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction or semiconductor projects
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience with the ability to lead subcontractor teams
Experience installing water systems with supporting mechanical, electrical, and control systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, schematics, BIM documents, and project documentation
Support coordination of design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout for UPW systems
Assist with constructability reviews, schedule sequencing, recovery plans, RFIs, change orders, and critical path items
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, OSHA safety protocols, master specifications, and quality expectations
Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, system owners, engineers, technicians, and trades while maintaining strong communication

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
