Join a leading energy organization as a Design Analyst supporting project coordination, reporting,
customer communications, workflow management, and process improvement initiatives.
Position Details
Location: Hutto, TX (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Duration: 6-month contract with possible extension
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate multiple projects and priorities.
• Track project assignments and status updates.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain workload metrics and reporting.
What We're Looking For
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume interactions professionally.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Comfortable learning new systems and software.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel.
Preferred Experience
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, operations, project coordination, customer support, or
related fields.
