JOB TITLE: Design and Analysis Engineer 3 LOCATION: Berkeley, MOPAY RATE: $75.50/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Ability to obtain US Security Clearance (US Citizenship required)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Assist in developing and documenting electronic and electrical system requirements
Develop or modify hardware and software designs based on defined specifications
Perform system and acceptance tests to verify operational and functional requirements
Support fabrication technicians and suppliers during build and assembly processes
Troubleshoot test racks and resolve integration or production anomalies
Develop and maintain test scripts using C and C++
Research emerging technologies for potential application to business needs
Requirements:
Ability to obtain US Security Clearance (US Citizenship required)
Bachelor of Science in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s OR 3+ years with a Master’s degree
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Experience with lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
Proficiency in C, C++, and Python
Siemens Capital experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
