JOB TITLE: Design and Analysis Engineer 3 - Electronic SystemsLOCATION: Berkeley, MOPAY RATE: $75/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.
Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Interim or final Secret Clearance required.

Summary:
Assist with developing and documenting electronic and electrical system requirements.
Develop or modify basic hardware and software designs based on defined requirements.
Perform system tests to verify operational and functional performance.
Support fabrication technicians and suppliers during the build and fabrication process.
Assist in resolving product integration issues and production anomalies.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting of test racks.
Conduct acceptance test procedures, verify design conformance, and document results.
Develop and maintain test scripts using C and C++.
Research emerging technologies for potential application to business needs.
Requirements
Interim or final Secret Clearance required.
Aerospace experience required
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or3+ years with a Master’s degree.
Degree should be from an accredited program; ABET accreditation preferred but not required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience using laboratory test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong foundation in C, C++, and Python.
Siemens Capital experience.
