Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Design Architect with a background in single family home residential work. This role will work closely with the Architect team to create construction documents for homes that have a unique and modern design feel. Many of these homes are seaside houses along the Georgia or South Carolina coast. This role will start part time approximately 20-30 hours a week with a strong potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person.Required:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture *
- 3 plus years of single-family residential experience creating construction documents. (multi family will be considered) *
- Revit Proficiency
