Using our Mobile Flooring Showroom, you’ll guide homeowners through flooring options, help them visualize their new space, and deliver a seamless project experience from consultation to installation.Our customers consistently rate us 4.8/5 nationally and 5/5 locally, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of delivering that same exceptional experience.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys consultative sales, design conversations, relationship building, and a flexible schedule that rewards hard work.
What You’ll Do
  •  Conduct in-home design and sales consultations 
  •  Build trust with customers and guide them through flooring selections 
  •  Recommend solutions that balance style, function, and budget 
  •  Close sales by clearly presenting value and options 
  •  Manage proposals, follow-ups, and project details 
  •  Partner with the team to ensure a seamless installation experience 
  •  Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships
  •  Develop and maintain relationships with trade partners, remodelers, and local networking groups
  •  Identify and build opportunities within commercial accounts and projects
  •  Actively network in the community to grow brand awareness and drive new business

  •  45%+ close rate on appointments

  •  Strong referral and repeat business pipeline 
  •  Profitable projects and happy customers 
Who You Are
  •  2+ years of sales experience in flooring, interior design, or construction preferred 
  •  Strong communicator who can build trust quickly 
  •  Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated 
  •  Comfortable working independently and using technology 
  •  Valid driver’s license
