Design & Client Specialist (Remodeling)
Las Vegas, NV (On-Site) | Full-Time | $52,000-$58,000 + Bonus

Las Vegas Remodel & Construction is a full-service remodeling company specializing in high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovations throughout the Las Vegas Valley. We're known for delivering quality craftsmanship and a smooth, client-focused experience from concept through completion.
We're looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to support our design and pre-construction process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with homeowners, organizing project details, and ensuring everything is ready for a successful build.
Role Overview
As a Design & Client Specialist, you'll guide homeowners through selections and design decisions while coordinating with internal teams and vendors. Your work will help ensure projects are clearly defined, documented, and prepared for production.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with product selections, finishes, and upgrade options
- Follow established processes to keep projects moving efficiently from sales to construction
- Maintain accurate documentation for selections, pricing, and change orders
- Prepare material lists and coordinate sourcing, ordering, and tracking
- Work closely with the sales team, project managers, and vendors
- Support client communication, including phone and front office interactions as needed
- Maintain updated product libraries and pricing information
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership
- Participate in meetings, vendor visits, and ongoing training
Qualifications
- Experience in remodeling, construction coordination, interior design, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with design software such as 20/20 or Chief Architect is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with product specifications and pricing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $52,000-$58,000 annually
- Bonus: Participation in Selections-based incentive program
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Payroll: Bi-weekly
- Paid Time Off: 5 vacation days
- Retirement Plan: 401(k) eligibility after 1 year
- Work Environment: Professional office setting (business attire; business casual acceptable)
