Las Vegas Remodel & Construction

Design & Selections Coordinator

Henderson, NV (On-Site)

Las Vegas Remodel & Construction is hiring a Design & Selections Coordinator to guide homeowners through the product selection process for high-end residential remodeling projects. This role supports clients, sales, and vendors to ensure selections are organized, documented, and ready for production.

We are a full-service general contractor specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home remodels across the Las Vegas area.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide clients through design selections and upgrade options
Follow company Selections and Lead-to-Start processes
Maintain accurate records for selections, pricing, and change orders
Build material lists; source, price, order, and track materials
Coordinate with the Sales Manager, the sales team, and the vendors
Support front desk and phone communication as needed
Maintain product libraries and pricing databases
Submit weekly reports to the Sales Manager
Attend meetings, vendor events, and training as required

Qualifications:

Experience in remodeling, construction coordination, interior design, or related field preferred
Experience using 20/20 design and/or Chief Architect is a strong plus.
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Comfortable working with product pricing and specifications
Professional communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation & Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: $52,000 - $58,000 per year
Eligible for Selections Coordinator Bonus Program
Bi-weekly payroll
5 paid vacation days
401(k) eligibility after 1 year
Business attire required (business casual permitted)
