About the RoleJoin Up Closets of Collin County as a Design & Sales Consultant—where creativity meets income potential. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, design custom storage solutions, and guide them through a seamless experience from concept to completion.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design, and is motivated by results.
What You’ll Do
  • Conduct in-home consultations with qualified leads
  • Design custom closets, garages, and storage solutions
  • Present proposals using 3D design software
  • Manage the full sales cycle from consultation to close
  • Build strong client relationships and generate referrals
  • Partner with installation teams to ensure project success
  • Meet or exceed sales goals

Requirements
  • Experience in sales and/or design (home improvement preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate client needs into functional designs
  • Comfortable learning or using design software
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
