In-Home Sales Representative

About the Role:As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales position involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions to potential customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system

  • Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually strengthen your skills

  • Use our easy-to-use software to build personalized bath designs

  • Provide pricing information and consistently secure sales

What We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent communication, people, and organizational skills

  • Experience in home sales is highly valued; background in home remodeling is a plus

  • Reliable transportation and local residency required

  • Confidence in public speaking and delivering clear, professional presentations

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined work habits

  • Goal-focused professional thriving in fast-paced sales environments

  • Outgoing, articulate personality that excels in social settings
