Our design centers are celebrated for their sophisticated product offerings and exceptional customer service. We are seeking talented Design Center Consultants to join our team and provide outstanding guidance and support to our clients as they navigate their projects.
Position Overview:
The Design Consultant is a highly skilled in-house expert who guides homeowners, designers, and trade clients through the design, selection, and purchasing process for decorative plumbing fixtures. Blending technical knowledge with aesthetic sensibility, this role leads clients through product decisions that align with both their style and project requirements.The Design Consultant owns the full plumbing process — from consultation and quoting to strategic pricing and project coordination — while collaborating with Account Managers, Design Consultants, and the Plumbing Operations team. This role also plays a key part in promoting the plumbing division to clients working with other CR Home business units and supporting showroom staff through ongoing product knowledge training. Travel between showrooms is required.
