Job Description

As a Design Consultant you will assist clients put the perfect custom window treatments in their home. We give you the confidence and security to be successful! Qualifications:

The ability to build relationships, confidence & trust with customers
Conducting in-home design consultations to identify the right product to match the customer's personal style, functional needs, and budget
Excellent communication skills
Results driven and competitive
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Experience in window treatments and/or interior design a plus or sales experience for other home improvement/design product lines
Familiarity with multiple technology platforms and software, such as Outlook, Word, CRM, and online resources
