What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.
- Learn about customers' remodeling goals and recommend customized bathroom solutions.
- Present products, upgrades, financing options, and pricing.
- Assist homeowners with design selections, including fixtures, colors, finishes, and layouts.
- Prepare contracts and accurately document project details.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Follow our proven sales process to achieve personal sales goals.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and digital sales tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel locally between scheduled appointments.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales, in-home consultation, or customer-facing experience.
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or interior design is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
