Design Developer

What We Do/Project As part of Client's Technology organization, our product design team provides user-centric B2B, B2C and POC digital experiences. From landing pages to robust business portals, we turn detailed requirements into intuitive and innovative products. We work in a deeply collaborative environment with designers working across multiple projects and business units. As a strategic hands-on creative, you will define and drive multiple digital products - from internal operations to externally facing corporate sites that presents Clients to the world. Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role Visual Design and UX/UI: Translate complex business needs and user research insights into wireframes, high fidelity Interactive prototypes and production ready assets. Translate company branding into visually compelling, storytelling digital experiences. Design layouts, graphics, and visual assets for websites, apps, and other digital platforms. Building reusable UI components for consistent design systems, across web and mobile. Development: Writing clean, efficient code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bring designs to life User Research and Design Thinking: Assist in framing research goals and objectives. Conduct user research to uncover unmet needs, pain points and motivations. Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, design, marketing/comms, branding and development teams to integrate findings into projects. Adaptability to work in diverse team environments and respond to changing project needs. Must Have Skills / Requirements Figma – advanced proficiency Front-End Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including frameworks like React, Vue, Angular). Technical Understanding: Responsive design, performance, accessibility, version control (Git). Versatile and Efficient: Can handle projects end-to-end or contribute across the entire design-to-code pipeline. Visual Design – shown in Portfolio. Trend Awareness. User-Centered Mindset.
