  • Project Oversight: Lead complex projects from concept through launch, ensuring creative excellence and technical performance across multi-channel experiences.
  • CMS Strategy & Management:
    • Advanced experience directing design within Enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS)
    • Proven ability to architect modular design systems that allow for scalable content updates without compromising visual integrity.
    • Familiarity with Headless CMS architectures and the separation of content from the presentation layer to support multi-channel delivery. (WordPress preferred)
  • Web & UI/UX Standards:
    • Deep expertise in Figma for wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and developer handoff.
    • Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and their practical application in B2B digital environments.
    • Knowledge of front-end concepts (HTML/CSS/JS) to ensure design feasibility and effective collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Dynamic Visual Storytelling:
    • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to lead the creation of motion graphics, brand sizzle reels, and social-first video content.
    • Experience directing micro-interactions and functional animations that enhance user journeys on digital platforms.

    • Experience with no-code interactive platforms like Ceros to create immersive digital experiences.
    • Exposure to AI-driven creative tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney) to accelerate concepting and enhance digital asset production.
