Job Description
IntoMetal is currently seeking a Design Engineer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design fixtures, jigs, tooling, parts.
- Justify and deploy Continuous Improvement strategies.
- Communicate well with both internal and external customers.
- Modify existing designs to correct errors, reduce cost or standardize products
- Follow engineering standards
- Maintain proper engineering revision control
- Any other tasks as assigned by Engineering Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience:
- Associates in Manufacturing Engineering or Bachelors in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 yeas work experience preferred
- Proficient in 3D Design and Drawing within SolidWorks.
- Safety conscious.
