- 2 + years of Design Engineering and/or Manufacturing Engineering experience involving pneumatic and hydraulic systems! (experience owning larger, complex, heavy equipment systems)
- Excited to work on the shop floor with technicians on redesigns!
- Fundamental knowledge of reverse engineering and reengineering as that will be a big part of this role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering (Or equivalent) is required
- SolidWorks proficiency, with experience in product data management and ERP systems
- Previous experience with troubleshooting, problem-solving, teamwork and good communication skills are essential!
- Previous experience developing efficient and reliable manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of FMEA, Lean Manufacturing practices, Value Engineering (VE), and Six Sigma
