Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Design Quality Engineering Co-Op to join our Software Design Quality Engineering Team located in Danvers.

Requirements:
Support the software engineering team through the software development lifecycle
Conduct and review software failure analysis for new product development projects
Provide input to improve risk management processes
Learn and apply guidance to teams from ISO 14971, IEC 62304
Manage transfer and organization of Design History Files for legacy and new product development projects
Qualifications:
Enrolled for the duration of the co-op in an accredited College/University pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering or a related field.
Completion of Undergraduate Sophomore year at accredited University is required
Availability to work Full-time onsite from July - December 2026
Permanently authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as on a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and have strong oral and written communication skills
Minimum GPA of 3.0

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$23.00/hr to $51.50/hrAdditional Description for Pay Transparency:
The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year.
