Sales Consultant – Bathroom RemodelingPre-Set Appointments • Unlimited Commission • Flexible Schedule

Bath Pros is a fast-growing bathroom remodeling company dedicated to helping homeowners transform outdated bathrooms into beautiful, functional, and low-maintenance spaces. Our solutions combine modern design, accessibility options, and quality craftsmanship that homeowners trust.

We are seeking motivated In-Home Sales Consultants who enjoy meeting homeowners, designing customized solutions, and closing deals. This is a high-income opportunity with unlimited commission potential for individuals who are driven, personable, and eager to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations
Use our iPad-based design software to create customized bathroom solutions
Present product options and provide clear, transparent pricing
Guide homeowners through the bathroom remodeling process
Build rapport, answer questions, and confidently close sales
Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement a plus)
Confidence presenting solutions in customers’ homes
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive
Professional appearance with a positive attitude
Reliable transportation for local appointments
