Design Sales Consultant — Window Treatments

We're a high-end window treatment company looking for a confident, client-focused Design & Sales Consultant who thrives on turning a homeowner's vision into something beautiful and closing the deal. You're in clients' homes, building trust, designing custom solutions, and seeing your work installed. Orland Park, IL | Full-Time | On-SiteScheduleM–F, 9 AM–5 PM - occasional Saturdays

What You'll Earn

$75K+ your first year | $100K+ by year two
Base + uncapped commission or 100% commission - you decide.

Follow up on quotes and close sales
Manage project paperwork and keep your CRM up to date
Build your presence through social media engagement
Check in on installs to ensure every client is thrilled
Nurture referrals and spot new opportunities
