Design Sales Representative | San Francisco, CA | Hybrid Working Style | Full Time Are you passionate about design and energized by building meaningful relationships? We're seeking a Design Sales Representative to become the trusted resource for architects, interior designers, and trade professionals throughout the San Francisco market. Based in a beautifully curated showroom, you'll introduce clients to premium custom design solutions while cultivating long-term partnerships that drive business growth. This is more than a sales role, it's an opportunity to immerse yourself in the Bay Area's vibrant architecture and design community. You'll host showroom presentations, collaborate on inspiring projects, attend industry events, and develop new business while guiding clients through every stage of the project journey, from the initial design conversation to the final installation.Key Impact Areas:

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
23 years of experience in sales, client service, luxury retail, interiors, furnishings, textiles, architecture, hospitality, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is helpful.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Professional, polished, and confident when interacting with clients.
Demonstrated ability, or a strong desire, to develop new business and build professional networks.
Comfortable initiating conversations and creating opportunities with prospective clients.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Interest in luxury design and the architectural and interior design community.
Additional Requirements
Some local travel throughout the Bay Area and surrounding territory.
Ability to lift and transport carpet samples and materials up to 40 pounds.
