Duke Manufacturing Company is seeking a Design Services Specialist to join our Customer Care team.

What You'll Do
- Partner with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Prepare quotes and estimates for new and existing products
- Create and modify sales drawings using AutoCAD
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Development teams
- Support product modifications and continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate updates clearly with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality across all deliverables
What You Bring
- Experience with 3D CAD (AutoCAD preferred)
- Background in estimating, quoting, or bid preparation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EPICOR experience preferred
- Understanding of freight and logistics processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
